Who doesn’t love Southern Utah! It’s one of the greatest places in the world to live, work and play. Due to Southern Utah’s huge economic growth, it has become the preferred place to achieve the work-life balance we all desire. St George is one of the fastest growing cities in Utah and nationally recognized as one of the greatest destinations spots for outdoor recreation and year-round enjoyment.  Another part of the sustainable growth of St George, is the expanding economic diversity and the recent change from the local two-year college to the now Dixie State University. This expanded role of the institution as a university will support the growth and economic diversity for decades to come.

Dixie Rock in Southern UtahThis growth in Southern Utah, partially attributes to Bonneville Builders unprecedented growth as one of Utah’s 100 fastest growing companies. We are the largest general contractor in St George servicing Southern Utah, Mesquite and Las Vegas. Our growth comes from incredible relationships we have with our clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors and suppliers in the area. With Bonneville’s office in St. George, we are proud to call it our home.

Our most recent success, parallels the growth of the University, was Vintage at Tabernacle, a 4 Story, 100,952 sq. ft., 256 bed student housing project. At the same time, we are starting another student housing project down the street called 605 Place. 605 Place will have 5 stories, 169,115 sq. ft. with 416 beds and will be completed in 2018. Other projects will be announced later.Southern Utah Appreciation BBQ

Bonneville Show’s its Appreciation

On Wednesday we celebrated our success and appreciation with those who have helped make Southern Utah our home. We take great pride in hiring local subcontractors and working with local industry leaders so that we may give back to this ever growing economy. In the end, our lunch was a great success and we want to thank everybody who came. We look forward to working with these outstanding individuals on future projects in Southern Utah.
