Exceeding Economic Expectations

The construction industry in 2018 is roaring as expected. It is living up to all estimates and forecasts. According to Wells Fargo’s Construction Forecast for 2018, the confidence and optimism of non-residential construction companies is the highest it has been in the last 20 years. This nationwide attitude comes from individuals and companies of every size and from various positions.

From the survey, most companies are preparing for an increase of growth in employees, profits, and owned equipment. Furthermore, nonresidential and residential contractors are expecting to see a substantial increase, nearly 10%, in construction projects in 2018.Economic Outlook
