We specialize in offices, medical, assisted living, industrial, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, multi-family and tenant improvements. Our clients can expect service from conception, design, and construction. Our story
In 1998, John Tebbs shifted his career from development to construction. He started a new construction company focusing on residential buildings, starting with custom homes and eventually expanding to entire subdivisions. The new venture was called Bonneville Builders, inspired by the ancient Lake Bonneville. The business gained traction as these homes were featured in northern Utah's Parade of Homes. After several years, the business transitioned into commercial construction. In 2005, the company expanded and introduced a new office in St. George, Utah. The past 25 years of experience, restructuring, and expansion have equipped Bonneville Builders for continuing success in the construction industry.
